Marni, Jennifer and I were selected to design the media lounge for an Atlanta event held during the weekend of February 17th and 18th.  The event was called The Next Cool Event and promotes the film and television production industry in the state of Georgia.  The Georgia Production Partnership (GPP), a not-for-profit coalition of companies and individuals who are active in the state’s film, video, music, and interactive game industries was a partner in this event as well.  Read about load-in day here and the planning of the space here.  Here is a shot of our finished space.

You can read about how we designed the space here.  While we at Studio M designed the media loung, the lounge was sponsored by Modern Luxury Media.  The magazine covers for three Atlanta magazines published by Modern Luxury Media can be seen in the background in the photo above.

The VIP party for the Next Cool Event was held on the night of Friday, February 17, 2012.  Read about theNext Cool Event here, read about load-in day here and the planning of the space here.  Marni, Jennifer and I designed the media lounge for this event and thus were given 5 tickets each to invite 5 quests each.  When arrived with our “entourage” of friends, we found an event photographer waiting to snap some photos of us in our newly designed space.
